We pride ourselves on giving the very best care to our clients and need a salon host/coordinator to keep us organised and allow our therapists to be focussed on what they love to do: amazing treatments!
Job tasks and responsibilities:
- Reception duties including making and changing appointments, helping clients with retail purchases, gift vouchers, managing our online store, assisting with payments and rebooking clients.
- Back of house help: Laundry, changeover of rooms, maintaining the salon image.
- Assisting with client events and VIP nights.
- Attending all training events to stay current and up to date with treatments and products offered to clients.
- Communicate with clients via social media outlets and email- Facebook and Instagram messenger.
- Stocktake and assisting with stock orders and client special orders.
- Flexibility to move between two locations across Townsville when needed.
Skills and experience:
- Customer care background is preferred.
- Experience and efficiency with all communication channels, phone, email, Shopify and social media.
- Passion for the skin, health and beauty industry is a must!
- Immaculate grooming and a warm, friendly nature are required to fit into our team culture.
