Attendance Policy

At Boheme, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you and the therapist rostered to care for you. Our attendance policy sets out how we hold that time, and what happens if plans change.

Securing your booking

A $50 pre-payment is required for all skin treatments booked online, through social media, or over the phone. If you'd prefer not to use a credit card, contact us for PayPal or direct bank transfer details.

Treatments booked on behalf of another person, twin treatments, and group bookings must be prepaid in full.

Changing or cancelling your appointment

Life happens. If you're unwell, called into work, or short on childcare, please let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment. You're also welcome to send a friend or family member in your place.

With 24+ hours' notice, your pre-payment transfers to your next booking, no questions asked.

With less than 24 hours' notice, or if you don't attend, a charge of 50% of your treatment value applies. For skin treatments, your $50 pre-payment goes toward this fee and the balance is charged to your card on file. For beauty services, the full 50% is charged to your card on file. If a gift voucher was used to secure the booking, the voucher is voided in full.

This isn't a penalty. We're not a walk-in clinic, which means we can't fill your space at short notice, and the charge covers the therapist time we've already rostered for you. It's what allows us to still be here when you need us next.

Pre-payments are non-refundable. With 24 hours' notice or more, your pre-payment transfers to your next booking. If your appointment was cancelled late or missed, a new pre-payment will secure your next appointment time.

Confirmation of Booking

48 hours prior to your appointment, you will receive an SMS to your mobile phone number. Please reply to this to confirm, reschedule or cancel your appointment.
